Regular Rate Fixed Through Month 12

After your selected introductory period ends, your monthly rent changes to the regular monthly rate shown for your selected unit and rate plan when your reservation is confirmed. That regular rate is then guaranteed through the end of month 12.

Rentals remain month to month, so you are not required to sign a one-year lease. You receive first-year price clarity while keeping the flexibility to move out in accordance with the notice requirements in your rental agreement.

If you continue storing beyond month 12 and your rate changes, the new monthly rate will not exceed 9% above the rate in effect at the end of month 12. That new rate will remain fixed through the end of month 24.

CSI Mini Storage Alameda also helps reduce move-in costs with no move-in administrative fee, no security deposit, no required tenant insurance, ground-floor drive-up access, and free scheduled move-in help for eligible new tenants.
